My husband has total prespect for this GP, is comfortable visiting her and she in turn is mindful of his condition. We both feel able to speak freely to her and she does not hurry us. She is thorough and listens to our perspective on the issue at hand. She takes action on what has been discussed, where possible there-and- then. She returned after a period of leave but remains committed and in-tune professionally. We both appreciate her relaxed but vigilant style, prompt decisions -- and a warmth o f manner which makes her approachable.

Dr. Whitehouse is an outstanding doctor who offers an exceptionally high level of care. Not only does she assess, diagnose and treat but she connects really well with her patients giving them the feeling she is truly interested in them. This creates a valuable relationship where the patient feels they have an identity and she often remembers details about patients.Without doubt one ofthe best doctors I have ever consulted . I do feel as a general comment that on some occasions it would be of benefit if each doctor could allocate a little more appointment time to patients.

Emma has been very helpful and very constructive in getting the diagnosis of my husband with Alzheimer. Her manner and demeanor are second to none in calmly talking him and I through the process and how to deal with the disease. Always makes my husband smile despite talking through a very difficult subject every visit.

Dr Whitehouse is excellent, She has really good interpersonal skills and appears to be genuinely interested rather than going through the motions of seeing a patient. She has looked at my situation with fresh eyes and explained clearly what needs to be done. She is a breath of fresh air at the Practice.
